Acceptable Use Policy

1. System Abuse and API Integrity

You agree not to engage in any activity that compromises the speed, security, or integrity of the Service. You shall not:

• Bypass Rate Limits: Attempt to circumvent the stated usage limits (e.g., 100, 50,000, or 250,000 monthly seal limits, or per-request bulk payload caps) tied to your subscription tier through the use of multiple accounts, rotating IP addresses, or undocumented API endpoints.
• Denial of Service: Spam, overload, or otherwise execute Denial of Service (DoS) attacks against the LogicSeal gateway or infrastructure.
• Reverse Engineering: Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Duality Engine, or attempt to extract, scrape, or reverse-engineer our proprietary SLM system prompts, vector databases, or custom markdown chunking methodologies.

2. Prohibited Financial and Legal Conduct

LogicSeal is a compliance infrastructure tool. It must never be used to facilitate or obscure illegal activity. You shall not use the Service to:

• Mask Market Manipulation: Generate false compliance receipts or tamper with Merkle Roots to obscure spoofing, wash trading, insider trading, or any other violations of SEC, FINRA, or other applicable market regulations.
• Falsify Records: Submit artificially generated, altered, or deceptive trade intents for the purpose of creating a misleading audit trail for regulators.
• Evade Audits: Intentionally misconfigure the "Exam Defense" or Duality Engine parameters to force false-positive approvals on non-compliant trading algorithms.

3. Intellectual Property and Data Scraping

You shall not use the Service to train your own machine learning models. Specifically, you are prohibited from:

• Model Extraction: Systematically submitting payloads to the LogicSeal API for the purpose of scraping the "Exam Defense" rationales to train, fine-tune, or develop a competing compliance model or LLM/SLM.
• Automated Scraping: Using automated bots, spiders, or scrapers to extract our ingested regulatory database or user interface elements.

4. Enforcement and Termination

Drivingseat LLC retains the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether a violation of this AUP has occurred.

Immediate Suspension: We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your API access, workspace, and account without notice or refund if we detect a violation of this policy.

Regulatory Cooperation: In the event that we detect the Service is being used to mask illegal financial activity, Drivingseat LLC reserves the right to preserve relevant cryptographic receipts and cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies (e.g., the SEC or FINRA).

5. Policy Modifications

We may modify this AUP at any time by posting a revised version on our website. By continuing to use the Service or access the API after a revised version has been posted, you agree to comply with the latest update.
